If you would like to refer to our Skills for Life programme, or one of our other programmes such as Head Out, at either of our sites (Penryn & Bodmin), you are in the right place.

Please ensure you read through our programme booklet carefully before completing our service request form.  If you’d like to speak to us to find out more about our programmes and which might be most suitable, please feel free to call us on 01326 340912 and we’d be happy to help.

All forms are to be completed in full and emailed to our referrals inbox which is: referrals@bfadventure.org – if it is not returned to this inbox, your referral may not be processed.

Unless you have made contact with us to discuss first, we ask that you do not send in a referral until you have funding and transport already secured. This ensures that our waiting list keeps moving smoothly.
