No two days are ever the same and you’ll get to grow in an open, supportive and fun team…

“Growing up, I’m sure we all aspired to have a job that didn’t feel like work. Well, that’s exactly what working at BF is like. I spend my days on a beautiful site filled with wildlife and epic scenery. I get to work alongside some awesome young people, helping them grow and feel empowered to take their next steps in life. I am part of a hugely supportive and compassionate team of people, all of whom have their own unique perspectives which makes everyday a day of inspiration. And on top of all of that, I can be myself, something that I value most about working here. It’s certainly not always easy but the difficult days are always so worth the work.”

When the team was asked what they love about BF...

“The passion, understanding and support from every staff member – not only for the young people we work with, but for colleagues as well, it’s inspirational!”

“The variety. Where else could you be processing a referral one minute and playing site-wide tag the next?!”

“I love getting to develop meaningful relationships with young people.”

“This work place should stand as a role model for the working environment: welcoming, inclusive, supportive and a basic ethos of working together as a team for the health and wellbeing of its staff which, in the long term, has an amazingly positive outcome for our young people.”
