Tour of GreatWork Mine with Tea and Cake
A tour of the site of the ancient Greatwork Mine detailing the history of the last 500 years along with tales of family involvement and other characters that worked there. Total length of tour is about a mile with frequent stops. A Day as Guests of RNAS Culdrose
This is a visit to “working” Culdrose for two young people who currently attend BF Adventure as part of our Skills for Life Programme.
The donor will also have the opportunity to visit on the same day, He/she will be able to see the activities that the young people have been engaging with, and have lunch with the Captain.

Westcountry Clays at Four Lanes offers a Guided Round of Clay Pigeon shooting for one person. There will be 5-6 stations with 10 cartridges each. You will receive tuition and all necessary equipment will be provided.

A Print of HMS Anson disaster
Reproduction Historic maritime print of the wreck of the Anson Frigate, sketched by Henry Trengrouse of Helston, who invented the life-saving Rocket Apparatus.
The Anson is shown on the Loe Pool Bar of sand in Mounts Bay, Cornwall on December 28th 1807 when not withstanding the beach was within a few fathoms.

Cornish Lithium visit
A unique day out for 12 people, with a tour of a mining project hosted by Cornish Lithium. Prize winners will follow the journey from hard rock in the ground to the final lithium product, discovering how modern mining works and why lithium is so important – all in a fun, engaging and hands‑on way. Guided by our friendly team of experts, the group will explore the site, see our state‑of‑the‑art demonstration plant in action, and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Lunch and refreshments are included, making this an exciting, educational experience they’ll be talking about for weeks!
