In 2023 BF Adventure accidentally underpaid 2 of our instructor team. When the April 1st pay increases were applied to the monthly payroll an incorrect increase was applied to 2 out of our team of 40 staff. When the mistake was subsequently highlighted the backpay was immediately paid and our systems and procedures were reviewed to ensure no further issues would arise.
BF Adventure is a firm believer in fair pay and in supporting staff welfare and we are proud to now offer the equivalent Real Living Wage salary to all qualified team members and to meet the minimum national expectations for those on our Apprentice and training programmes.
