Thank you for taking part in our competition to receive a free weekend of activities.
Below are our terms and conditions:
- The promoter of the contest is BF Adventure.
- Employees of BF Adventure or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- This competition is open to teachers only. One member of each group must be currently employed at a school.
- The prize will be entitlement to a stay at BF Adventure for up to two nights and includes free accommodation, food and activities. The winner will be permitted to bring one other adult plus two children at no extra cost. Additional members can join at our standard rate.
- Prize winners will have the option to stay at BF Adventure from 5pm on Friday 4th October to 5pm on Sunday 6th October. You may stay for the entirety of the weekend or just a day. The prize is not transferable and cannot be used on any other days.
- Only one family per school is permitted to join.
- This prize is not refundable against money or any other offer.
- Once an offer has been made, attendees will be asked to pay a £50 refundable holding deposit to save their space. This will be returned upon arrival.
- The competition begins on 19th August 2019 and ends on 8th September 2019. Winners will be drawn at random on 9th September 2019. The promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim the prize. If either winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner or cancel the prize.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be available within 28 days after closing date by sending an email to us.
- You are providing your information to BF Adventure and not to any other party.
- By entering this competition, you are agreeing to BF Adventure subscribing you to our mailing list so that you shall receive occasional updates to the email address you have provided us.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
