Penryn based charity and outdoor activity centre, BF Adventure, will be opening its gates to the public for their very first Spooky Night Walk this Halloween.
Aimed at children aged 7 – 12, the public are invited to this unique event on Friday 31st October 7pm – 9pm, on their site near Penryn for only £1 per person! Run by a team of trained staff, children will be able to take part in a number of challenges during the walk including Broomstick Lessons on the charity’s zip wire and crossing the Sea of Souls on a raft. The walk will be followed by a Pumpkin carving competition where guests will be served Hot Blood Punch with ghastly music!
Tony Baker, Centre Manager at BF Adventure says “this type of event has been talked about for a number of years, our staff are really excited about it and that has been the driving force to go for it! We have lots in store for those who attend and it is great value as the children will be able to take part in activities such as the zip wire and archery, which would cost £25 per person on a normal day at BF Adventure.”
The event will be free to any child who has attended the centre’s Holiday Activity Days throughout the October half term. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged and entries to the Pumpkin Carving competition are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
