Hi Everyone, this will be our last brewing evening for 2015, so come along on the 11th November at 7pm at the brewery.
Dave will be demonstrating how to make an ale from a full mash.
He will be happy to answer any questions ( if he knows the answers!).
Any samples of your own creations will be welcomed so we see what your up to and more importantly sample them.
Wine Making Evening
Our wine evening will be held at the shop on the 18th November at 7pm and this will also be the last until the new year.
I do believe the Pineapple wine is ready for sampling.
There will be a demonstration on making a wine, possibly the parsnip. I made it last year and it was delicious.
Look forward to seeing you all Cheers!
