Skills for Life Co-ordinator, Nine Ashes, Bodmin
Are you passionate about supporting children, young people and vulnerable adults to thrive?
We’re looking for a Skills for Life Co-ordinator to focus on our work at Nine Ashes, Bodmin, to lead a team delivering inclusive, trauma-informed programmes that combine youth work and outdoor education to create lasting positive change.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time 08:30-16:30 (Part-time hours considered).
Location: 3 days at Nine Ashes, 2 days at Goodygrane (Penryn).
Closing date: 17 August 2026.
Interviews: Interviews are scheduled to take place on 28th August, although this is subject to change. We are aware that this is in the Summer holiday season – if you are interested in the role but not available for interview on that date please get in touch for an informal discussion.

Apprentice Instructor, Adventure Centre
The job entails…
- Supporting and delivering a wide range of outdoor adventure activities for children, young people, schools, community groups and corporate clients, both on and off-site.
- Learning to safely instruct and motivate participants, ensuring activities are enjoyable, inclusive and tailored to individual needs and abilities.
- Assisting with equipment checks, site maintenance, administration and the day-to-day running of the Adventure Centre to support high-quality visitor experiences.
The balance of these responsibilities will vary throughout the apprenticeship, providing a wide range of practical learning opportunities across the organisation.
