NCS Autumn Half Term Programme

NCS stands for National Citizen Service and is run by the NCS Trust.

The NCS Trust is a service funded by the government and the initiative has support from all the political parties. It is a successful, nationally recognised programme for young people that now has more than 100,000 graduates.

NCS is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that helps you build your skills for work and life. It allows you take on new challenges and meet new friends. It is an inclusive, part-residential programme for year 11 and year 12 students that takes place across the country in the spring half-term, after your exams in the summer or in autumn half- term.

The  next NCS programme in Cornwall  is running at Autumn half term as follows:

3 nights residential             Phase 1         Fri Oct 23rd-Mon Oct 26th at BF Adventure, Penryn

3 days community             Phase 2         Tues Oct 27th-Thurs Oct 29th at Cornwall College (St Austell and Camborne)

30 hours social action       Phase 3         Fri Oct 30th, Sat Oct 31st , Sat Nov 7tth and Sat Nov 14th
