Family Learning Day
Who is it for
Family Learning is aimed at unemployed adults (19+) and their families (up to 3 members 7+ years old).
The group takes part in an exciting outdoor multi-activity programme and learn:
- To try something new as a team
- Improve communications skills between family members
- Boost confidence in difficult times
After the one day programme participants have the opportunity to meet agencies and organisations that can offer support with the job search and CV writing. Participants can also sign up to further training.
Referral Process
Any agency working with workless adults or families can refer to this programme, or families can self refer.
Transport
These family days run during school holidays. Transport and childcare for children under 7 can be provided if required.
