People with disabilities and learning difficulties
We work with children, young people and adults with physical and learning disabilities. Each programme is tailor made to meet the needs of the participants and referrer (school, family, social worker, family worker) Activities can be run on a 1:1 basis or in groups as appropriate. We are able to offer funded programmes such as Freestyle and Hothouse for young people as well as multi activity days, residential opportunities and progressive programmes of activities.
Referral process
We can design individual learner plans to measure progression and positive outcomes.
Please call us to discuss your group or individual young persons needs and we can then signpost you to the most appropriate programme.
Transport
Transport is usually the responsibility of the referrer. Most use volunteer drivers or support workers – we can give you contact numbers on request. We can sometime offer mini bus pick ups for groups.
