Each year BF Adventure helps hundreds of disadvantaged children in Cornwall to turn their life around and build the confidence and qualifications they need for a Brighter Future.
Whilst our outside facilities are amazing, our indoor space is limited to a second hand marquee and two old port-a-cabins. On bad weather days and during the long winter this can be very challenging as more and more children and young people require our help.
Just because it snows, the need doesn’t stop!
As client numbers go up each year we have now reached a point at which new facilities are becoming crucial if we want to continue to offer the quality service we are best known for.
Provision of new buildings will allow us to:
Support twice as many children and young people to find their feet and make the most of their lives- Give 300 disabled people and their
carers opportunities for urgently needed respite breaks - Help twice as many young people to achieve accreditations using additional classroom space
- Educate twice as many children about healthy eating and offer them a nutritious meal that they wouldn't have received at home

In January 2011 BF Adventure received the planning permission for new buildings including a fully accessible bunk house, indoor space for activities, additional class room space, storage room and a new kitchen.
To get the building project started and to be able to apply for match funding we will need to raise an initial £50k.
